Do I need a Shop account to earn points?
Yes. A Shop account is required to earn and redeem loyalty points. If you already have a Shop account, you’re all set. Please note: Customers who already have an existing Shop account are not eligible for the 50-point sign-up bonus.
How do I redeem my points?
Points can be redeemed at checkout for a discount on your order. You can redeem any amount of points you choose, up to the program limits.
Can I see my points balance?
At this time, customers do not have access to a self-service points dashboard. If you’d like to know your current points balance, simply contact our customer support team and we’ll be happy to assist.
Do points expire?
Currently, points do not expire.
