Refund policy

At Super Good Stuff® we create life-restoring supplements of the highest quality to help everyone upgrade their health. We trust that our products will aid in your health goals, and invite you to try any of our products for up to 30 days. However, if you are not satisfied, contact us and we will exchange it for another product or provide you with a store credit to try another product at a later time.

SGS Research believes in our quality fast-acting products! We stand behind our products because we know they work! If you are unhappy with your item(s), call us and talk to us! We will always try to make you happy and work out a solution to the item(s) in question. We are available to answer any of the questions and concerns you might have.

Unopened products may be returned or exchanged for any reason. Simply send the items back to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money or exchange your product, minus the cost for shipping. When we receive your package, we will either give you store credit or credit the card you paid us with for the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees.

If you are unhappy with a product, please call our office within 45 days of receipt. We are more than happy to try to resolve any matter you might have!

Damaged & Incorrect Items: At Super Good Stuff, we do our best to package your product(s) so that they arrive to you in excellent condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our facility, it goes through many hands and products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the carriers.
