I didn't expect much but am happy with the spray. I have according to an allergist, a classically dry allergic person's nose. I usually breathe out of one nostril. When I use this spray my nose sometimes feels the liquid at first, which feels a little uncomfortable. But I like the slight hint of herbs. It is soothing. Then, for a while, I'm breathing out of both nostrils and feeling healthier. It doesn't last for hours. But it's pleasant to use.
